By purchasing a membership and accessing the content, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Digital Product & Instant Access

This membership provides digital educational content and access to an online community delivered immediately upon successful payment.

Because access is granted instantly, all sales are final.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are offered once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital membership

• You receive immediate access to proprietary content and community resources

• You waive any right to a refund

3. Membership Access & Usage

Your membership grants you personal, non-transferable access to:

• Educational content

• Community features

• Resources provided within the platform

You may not:

• Share login credentials

• Resell, redistribute, or reproduce content

• Grant access to any third party

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within this membership — including but not limited to:

• Videos

• Templates

• PDFs

• Graphics

• Trainings

• Written materials

is the intellectual property of Kristin.DigitalProfits and is protected by copyright laws.

Content is provided for personal use only and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

5. Community Guidelines & Conduct

This community is intended to be a respectful, supportive, and professional environment.

We reserve the right to remove any member who:

• Engages in harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior

• Promotes unrelated products or services without permission

• Disrupts the integrity or safety of the community

Removal for violations does not qualify for a refund.

6. Subscription & Billing

If your membership is recurring:

• Your payment method will be automatically charged according to your selected billing cycle

• You may cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date

• Cancellation prevents future charges but does not issue refunds for past payments
  
  

  6A. Membership Upgrades & Founding Member Lifetime Access

  Members who choose to upgrade from a monthly or yearly membership to Founding Member Lifetime Access are responsible for canceling their existing recurring subscription prior to purchasing the lifetime option.

  Purchasing Founding Member Lifetime Access does not automatically cancel an existing monthly or yearly subscription.

  No refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for:

  • Previous monthly membership payments

  • Previous yearly membership payments

  • Unused billing periods

  • Overlapping subscription periods resulting from failure to cancel an active recurring membership before upgrading

  Founding Member Lifetime Access includes access to all content, resources, trainings, templates, and updates included within the current Premium Classroom membership tier for as long as the Premium Classroom exists.

  Founding Member Lifetime Access does not include future VIP tiers, coaching programs, masterminds, certifications, retreats, private consulting, or separate high-touch offers that may be created outside of the Premium Classroom in the future.

  We reserve the right to update, restructure, rename, expand, or modify membership offerings and program features at any time.

7. Content Updates & Platform Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or remove content

• Adjust features, pricing, or membership structure

While we aim to provide consistent access, we are not responsible for temporary outages, platform maintenance, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.

8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

Results vary based on individual effort, skill, consistency, and implementation.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or outcomes

• Income or business growth

• Social media reach or performance

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

9. Third-Party Platforms & Tools

This membership may be hosted on or integrated with third-party platforms (such as community platforms, payment processors, or email services).

We are not responsible for the policies, performance, or actions of third-party services. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Privacy & Data Use

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using this membership, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in that policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Kristin.DigitalProfits shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, income, or business opportunities

• Decisions made based on the content provided

Participation in this membership is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the membership at any time for violations of these Terms & Conditions, misuse of content, or behavior that harms the community.

Termination does not entitle the member to a refund.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Kristin.DigitalProfits operates.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kristin.DigitalProfits regarding your use of the membership.
